By accessing or using the SmartFit: Augmented Reality-Integrated Footwear Retail and Customization Portal with AI-Powered Assistance ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, do not use our Service.

Important: These Terms contain provisions that limit our liability and govern how disputes are resolved.

2. User Accounts

A. Account Creation

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

B. Pricing

Prices are shown in Philippine Pesos (₱) and are subject to change without notice.

C. Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards and digital payment methods. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processors.

4. AR Try-On & Customization

A. Virtual Try-On

Our augmented reality feature allows you to visualize footwear:

  • Results may vary based on device capabilities and lighting conditions
  • Not a guarantee of perfect fit - check size guides before purchase

B. Custom Orders

Customized products:

  • May have longer processing times
  • Are typically non-returnable unless defective
  • Final products may vary slightly from digital previews

5. Returns & Refunds

A. Standard Returns

Unworn, undamaged items may be returned within 30 days with original packaging.

B. Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

C. Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Customized footwear
  • Items marked "final sale"
  • Used or damaged merchandise

6. AI Customer Support

Our AI-powered assistant provides:

  • 24/7 basic support for common inquiries
  • Automated responses based on available information
  • Escalation to human agents when necessary

Note: The AI may occasionally provide incomplete or inaccurate information.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to reverse engineer any technology
  • Upload harmful code or viruses
  • Harass other users or our staff
  • Use automated systems to access the Service

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service, including:

  • AR technology and 3D models
  • Software and algorithms
  • Branding and logos

are owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • AR visualizations will be perfectly accurate
  • Results from AI support will be completely reliable

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Errors in AR visualization leading to purchase decisions
  • Inconvenience caused by Service interruptions

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bataan.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
